As 2016 comes to a conclusion, we thank God for the remarkable way He has blessed this strategic ministry. Here are some highlights:
Campolo Scholars –We were excited to welcome back our cohort of Scholars this fall and now have six talented future church leaders in place. I have enjoyed sharing some of their stories with you over the course of the year these are women and men with great ability to serve the church and share the Good News!
Campolo Fellows – Each month the Campolo Center is hosting a faith and thought leader to speak to the Eastern University community and to mentor and encourage the Campolo Scholars.
Dinners with Tony and the Campolo Scholars – Twice in the fall and twice in the spring, Eastern’s President, Dr. Bob Duffett, is hosting dinners for CCM friends to meet Tony and the Campolo Scholars. Let us know if you would like to be part of the fun in 2017!
These are just a few highlights of the work you are enabling to take place. As Tony said when we launched CCM: “There may be nothing more important than investing in the lives of future church and ministry leaders.”
Please keep the Campolo Center for Ministry in your prayers and in your December giving plans. It would be a huge blessing if you would make a generous end-of-year gift. Again, thanks for your partnership, prayers and support!
God’s grace, peace and joy to you and yours in the New Year,
Robert Gauthier
Executive Director of Development
P.S. In 2017 Tony will continue to challenge the church to raise up a generation of future leaders. Please join this important work by making a end-of-year gift—visit our redesigned website at CampoloCenter.org to make a gift online. Thank you and God bless you! Please be generous – God bless you and God bless Tony Campolo!
